ABOUT
A CONGREGATION IN THE CHURCH OF SCOTLAND
Bathgate Parish Church is part of the Church of Scotland. Our church is led by our minister and the Kirk Session, a group of elders elected from the congregation who work together to guide the life and direction of the church.
Together they oversee worship, pastoral care, finance, buildings and the many activities that take place throughout the week. We aim to serve our congregation and the wider community with care, responsibility and transparency.
THE MINISTER
The Minister provides spiritual leadership for the congregation, leading worship, preaching, offering pastoral care and supporting the life of the church and its community.
THE KIRK SESSION
The Kirk Session is the governing body of the local church. It is made up of elders who are members of the congregation and who serve the church by helping guide its decisions and supporting its ministry.
The Kirk Session meets regularly to discuss the life of the church, its mission, finances and practical matters relating to the church buildings and activities.

Our safeguarding officer is Carolyn McCusker; she can be contacted via the church office.
FINANCES AND ANNUAL ACCOUNTS
